2. Mr.Rohan Rajasekaran, learned counsel, accepts notice for the proposed respondent. The third respondent was the highest bidder in respect of lands brought for sale in the Maxworth-Pondicherry project and sale certificates were issued by the Official Liquidator with regard to undisputed portions. In these circumstances, the third respondent is a necessary party. Therefore, these impleading applications are allowed as prayed for. The applicant shall carry out the consequential amendments in the applications on or before 04.03.2026 and serve a copy of the amended applications on the other parties. 18-02-2026 KJ (1/2)
