This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail order dated 12.11.2022 passed by the Special Court of C.C.B and CBCID V M.M Court Egmore, Chennai in Crime No.145 of 2022, pending on the file of Inspector of Police CCB EDF-II, Team-IV, Vepery Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second and third respondents have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence nothing survives in this petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
