PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in Ref.No.50701/N2/2/2023 dated 05.09.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent and Ref.No.91634/N1/2023 dated 26.09.2023, passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

Heard Mr.R.K.Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.VPR.Elamparithi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The transfer order dated 05.09.2023 transferring the petitioner from Government Ayurveda Medical College Hospital, Kottar, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to Government Thiruvarur Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur is under challenge in the present writ petition.

3. Pending writ petition, the respondents by order dated 23.11.2023 have modified the transfer order and have retained the petitioner at the Government 2/4

Ayurveda Medical College Hospital, Kottar, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District .

4. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petitin stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
