The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court on every Monday for a period of four months passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9403 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.2604 of 2024, dated 01.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
