The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal District Mahila Court, Thiruvallur, on every Working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21380 of 2024 by order dated 02.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had also complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
