(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 300 days in representing the writ appeal.
2. Heard Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The delay is 300 days. Though some reasons have been stated as administrative delay as some papers have been lost, this petition could be ordered only on terms. Hence, this petition is ordered on payment of Rs.3,000/- [Rupees Three Thousand Only], payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority towards its Environment Fund, by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
