When the matter is take up today the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the Government has issued an order in G.O.(2D) No.90, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Service wing, Service.2(3) Section, dated 11.02.2025 stating that the order dated 16.11.2023 made in W.P.No.16230 of 2020 has been complied subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition that might be filed. However, no Special Leave Petition has been filed so far.
