O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 09.01.2024 in W.P. No. 1142 of 2021. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, by producing a copy of the order dated 03.01.2025 in Na.Ka.No.12466/A5/2019 submitted that the order has been complied partially by giving appointment order to the petitioner with effect from the date of appointment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monetary benefits due to be paid to the petitioner has not yet been disbursed by the respondents and only after the monetary benefits are also paid, complete compliance of the order can be recorded.

Since the approval has been granted from the date of appointment there need not be any insecurity in the minds of the petitioner to get the monetary benefits and that will follow automatically.

Hence, the contempt petition is closed for now. In case if the petitioner still finds difficulty to receive the monetary benefits consequent to the order of approval, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition.
