This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.23000 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the gravity of offence and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 17 days and also considering the other aspects, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
