Crl.M.P. No.14561 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.21461 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 a.m, until further order in Crl.O.P.No. 21461 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 .

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
