This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to provide water connection at door No.38, Karumariamman Koil Street, Thulasingapuram, St.Thomas Mount, Nanthampakkam, Chennai-600 016 on the basis of payment Receipt of Online Water and Sewer new Connection in CMC No. 1215801685000 in the name of Mariammal duly registered on 13.03.2024 in water Application No. W1202328401 in Transaction Reference No. 113211917450.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No costs.
