When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that already the petitioner filed a petition under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C., and the same was dismissed. Challenging the said order, Crl.RC.No.202 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioner and the same was allowed vide order dated 27.11.2024.

Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
