This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.1/AC/2017 pending investigation on the file of Inspector of police, vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, CC-III Nandanam, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not involved in any illegal activities and he has been falsely implicated in this case and further submitted that the respondent registered the F.I.R but till date they have not completed the investigation. 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on instructions, he would further submit that the investigation will be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to issue direction to the Inspector of police Vigilence & Anti corruption CC-III Nandanam, Chennai/ 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.1/AC/2017, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for early completion of the investigation. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of.
