The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide necessary and adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband and her husband's relatives through the special police team other than the second respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to her, her husband and her husband's relatives. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
