The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21941 of 2024 by an order dated 09.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had also complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that he shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur, on the first workingday of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 months.
