This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working as an accountant in a partnership firm by name Dhakshinamoorthi Finance. The said partnership firm was closed consequent to the dispute between the partners. However, these petitioners being harassed by the second respondent police under the guise of enquiry on a complaint alleged to have given by some of the partners. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that no complaint is pending and no enquiry is being made by the second respondent police.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter does not require any consideration.
