ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for records in respect of the alleged complaint, dated 20.04.2024, registered as F.I.R.No.199 of 2024, dated 11.07.2024 and to quash the same.

2. Since there are prima-facie allegations, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR. This is a case-in-counter. But, the first respondent-Police had not registered the case-in-counter on the same day, in respect of the offence(s) so committed. Therefore, this Court, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent-Police to conduct the investigation in both the alleged cases and file final report, by following the guidelines/directions issued by the Full Bench of this Court, in the case of T.Balaji and another Vs. The State rep. by the Inspector of Police, New Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai, in Crl.O.P.No.4587 of 2024, etc. batch cases, by the order dated 08.08.2024.
