This petition is filed to condone the delay of days in representing the C.M.A.SR.No.48811 of 2023 against MCOP.No.6651 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (IV Small Causes Court), Chennai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.48811 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.

4.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 163 days.
