When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that the petitioner herein is A4 in C.C.No.14 of 2017, now pending before the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai. The petitioner did not appear during the trial process and a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued on 17.06.2023.

2.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), anticipatory bail petition would not lie. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
