This petition has been filed to grant extension of time to execute the sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.26837 of 2022 order dated 04.11.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties before the concerned court as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
