This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 343 days in representation in Crl.R.C.SR.No.44396 of 2024 as against order dated 03.02.2024 passed in M.C.No.486 of 2019 on the file of Vth Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay in representation of 343 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
