IN CBI RC.NO.4/E/2007/CBI/EOW CHN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the said court once in three months on the first working day of that month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by this Honble court dated 06.03.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.A.No.173 OF 2013.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.D.JANARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 06.03.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.173 of 2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases raise no serious objection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 06.03.2013 made in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.173 of 2013 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, once in six months i.e., on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
