Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition is modified to appear before the respondent police Every Monday at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.
