IN CBI RC.NO.4/E/2007/CBI/EOW CHN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the accused on 1st working day of August 2019 to comply the condition as per the order dated 06.03.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.A.No.173 of 2013 and permit her to comply the condition in future until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.D.JANARTHANAN Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to condone the absence of the accused on 1st working day of August, 2019, to comply the condition as per the order dated 06.03.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.

1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.173 of 2013 and to permit the petitioner to comply the condition in future until further orders passed by this Court. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases has no serious objection in allowing this petition. 3.This petition is allowed.
