This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the second petitioner to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.27135 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the second petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
