2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on an earlier occasion vide order dated 12.01.2023, the petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.1549 of 2018 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Tambaram. He would further that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, but he would seek further more time to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time to deposit the said amount is extended to 20.03.2023 as finally.
