This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24433 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for a period of 19 days only.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
