This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26173 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
