ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has expired and he is unable to contact the legal heirs and therefore reports no instructions.
3. Since no application has been filed for substituting the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, if the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are of the view that the cause of action in the writ petition survives, they are at liberty to file a fresh writ petition for the same cause of action.
