2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that inspite of notice sent to the parties, they have not furnished particulars of legal heirs of deceased petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition may be closed.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for not taking steps and also no instructions from the revision petitioner.
