This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26557 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
