This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26604 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for a period of 14 days only.

3.In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
