This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14056 of in Crl.O.P.No.19934 of 2022, dated 08.09.2022 in Crime No.238 of 2022 in pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
