This petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.N.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Despite notice having been served upon respondent 5, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 82 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there no serious objections from respondents 1 to 4, the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
