ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 353, 336, 427, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2016. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4380 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions.

3. Recording the same, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
