W.P.No. 8932 of 1995:- Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated therein, and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari Calling for the records of the first respondent dated 24.05.1993 in G.O.Ms.No. 377, Housing and Urban Development and published in the Tamilnadu Government Gazette Part II Section 2 dated 25.05.1993 relating to the acquisition of the Land, Viz., the vacant site measuring 1085 sq.ft in survey No. 806/2, Kasipalayam, Erode 638 009 and forming the subject matter of the registered sale deed dated 03.04.1992 in favour of the Petitioner and registered as document No: 1251/1992 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Erode and quash the same.
