JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned Government Pleader for the appellants at length.

2. The learned Single Judge, after having traversed the entire facts of the case, has arrived at the conclusion that there was no justification for imposing penalty or for any other action initiated by the appellants.

3. We have perused the judgment and upon the submissions raised, we are satisfied that the conclusion drawn by the learned Single Judge does not suffer either any legal or factual infirmity.

4. Accordingly, there is no merit in this appeal, which is consigned to records. No costs.
