JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the appellant/Management of C.M.S. Evangelical Schools.

The appeal questions the order impugned dated 14.09.2004, whereby, a direction was issued to the District Elementary Educational Officer for taking appropriate steps on the allegations made by the first respondent/writ petitioner in relation to her suspension and initiation of disciplinary proceedings.

Fifteen years have lapsed. Learned counsel for the appellant informs that the first respondent/writ petitioner, according to the age disclosed in the affidavit, would be now 68 years of age and in the wake of the aforesaid facts and also with passage of time, this appeal has been rendered as infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is consigned to records as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
