2.Learned counsel for the respondent / land lady stated that the tenant however has not paid the arrears of rent.
3.The said statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is recorded. 4.Accordingly, nothing survives in this Revision for consideration. This civil revision petition stands dismissed. So far as realizing the arrears of rent is concerned, the land lady / respondent will be at liberty to work out her remedy as per law independently. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
