ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2019 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.Praveen Purohit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that, while pending the present Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner was considered by the first respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing, the first respondent rejected the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

request made by the petitioner by an order dated 20.01.2020. Further, the said order was duly communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 20.01.2020 passed by the first respondent in the manner known to law, if so advised.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
