In all cases For Petitioner : Mr.V.Thirupathi For Respondents : Mrs.S.Mythreye Special Government Pleader (E) for R2 to R6 COMMON ORDER This Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' Appeal, dated 05.01.2023 with regard to revision of pay in the Elementary School Head Master post in the light of G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Mrs.S.Mythreye, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents 2 to 6.
3. By consent, the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal today at the admission stage itself.
4. The case of the petitioners is that they have given a representation individually on 25.05.2022 to the 3rd respondent to revise the pay as per G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017 and thereafter since no orders have been passed, the petitioners approached this Court by filing W.P.No.30579 of 2022, W.P.No.30573 of 2022 and W.P.No.30578 of 2022 respectively wherein this Court vide orders dated 24.11.2022, dated directed the 4th respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks and accordingly the respondents have disposed of the earlier representation of the petitioners on 26.12.2022, as against which, the petitioners have preferred appeals individually on 05.01.2023 which are pending a year ago. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petitions.
5. Though it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the appeals have been preferred on 05.01.2023, no proof has been annexed in the Writ Petitions. However, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioners are directed to handover the proof of appeal dated 05.01.2023 to the third respondent. On filing of the same, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the Appeals dated 05.01.2023, on
merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
