The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to surrender and furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam as per para No.6 of the order dated 12.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.

No.21863 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21863 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
