This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until imposed in the order dated 01.11.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.26420 of 2022 in Crime No.538 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
