Respondents Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the connected records in the issuance of the impugned orders in Lr.No.12247/D/2005 - 2, dated 21.09.2005 of the first respondent in regard to denial of pension from 01.05.1975 to 31.12.1992 and another impugned order in Lr.No.9510/TBC,1/Tpt/2006 - 1 dated 26.06.2006 of the first respondent between 17.02.1958 to 01.05.1975 F.N and quash them; consequently to direct the first respondent to take into account the service rendered by the petitioner in PTC from 01.05.1975 to 31.12.1992 for purposes of calculation of pension and sanction all pensionary benefits together with the combining the earlier service in the State Transport Department from 17.02.1958 to 01.05.1975 F.N for purposes of total length of service and for revision in the existing pension with reference to G.O.M.S.No.272, 273 dated 15.06.1998.
