Crl.M.P. No.14444 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.19864 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19864 of 2024 by an order dated 21.08.2024.
2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3.
Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioners had also complied with the condition without fail and the investigation is still pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that they shall report before the respondent Police, on the first day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 months. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
