This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.20338 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 in Para No.6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the nature of offence and also the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned TNPID Court on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
