2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation has produced before this Court the notice issued under Section 56 and 57 read with Section 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, dated 27.12.2023. By this notice, the 4th respondent is called upon to secure compliance with sanctioned plan within 30 days. It is also stated that the said notice had been served on the 4th respondent. 3.Therefore, compliance is recorded. The respondent Corporation shall proceed further in accordance with law.
