ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 2 to 4 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners on 15.06.2022 with respect to the appointment of trustees to manage the Harshad Nathervali Dargah at Tiruchirapalli.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 15.06.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall also take note of the representations submitted by other persons, while passing orders on the representation of the petitioners.

3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.32098 of 2022 is closed.
