This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.19828 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners by an order dated 26.09.2024. At that time, this Court has imposed condition [a] in para No.7 which reads as follows: 7(a). the petitioners 1, 3 to 5 and 8 to 15 shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10 a.m. until further orders;

4. Considering the representations made by either side, this Court is now inclined to modify the aforesaid condition [a] imposed in para No.7 to the effect that the petitioners 1, 3 to 5 and 8 to 15 shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and in other aspects, the conditions imposed by this Court are intact.
