C.M.P.No.23694 of 2019 in W.A.No. SR 40810 of 2011 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.

The application to condone the delay is filed on the basis that the new Trustees were unaware about the appointment of the Executive Officer and consequently, the delay in filing the appeal was occasioned.

2. The application is opposed on the ground that the Executive Officer took charge several years ago and therefore, even the writ appeal is infructuous at this juncture.

3. Having considered the submissions, we find that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the appeal is taken on record.

Let appropriate number be allotted to the matter. The appeal will appear a fortnight hence.
